1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the InkTone Imaging Supplies website and the purchase of our products.

By accessing our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Adjust pricing without notice

  • Correct pricing errors

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within standard business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.

  • InkTone is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Opened or used ink/toner cartridges may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds are processed after inspection.

6. Warranty & Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their printer or copier model.

InkTone is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of InkTone Imaging Supplies and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

InkTone shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business or profits

  • Printer damage caused by improper use

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
